Little Apples was born from a strong desire to support new parents in the weeks and months after they welcome their baby, or babies, home. As a mother of three, I understand how special this time is, but also how overwhelming it can feel. Whether you are a Mum of a newborn or a Mum to a baby who is slightly older or a toddler, my aim as a sleep coach is to help instil confidence in your ability as a parent.
Having a baby can be overwhelming and the mountains of advice out there about babies, sleep and feeding with one source often contradicting another, makes things even harder. I am a big believer that we as parents can start to shape and guide our babies sleep from a very young age which will not only help babies to thrive in their early weeks but will also be beneficial going forward for better sleep when they are older. By gently shaping baby’s sleep from early on, it will help you (the parents) to enjoy those first few months more and not just survive them something I am truly passionate about.
