Finding Regina from Little Apples has genuinely changed my life. Before having her help, my baby was waking every 1.5-2 hours, was unsettled, crying, and the only thing that would get her to sleep was feeding her which was draining for me and left me feeling exhausted, and like I wasn’t able to enjoy my baby. She also had bad reflux so it got us into a vicious cycle of digestive problems for her. Regina listened to the problems we were having and created an incredibly detailed and personalised plan. within a few days, we saw a difference and were getting stints of four hours of sleep! I couldn’t believe it.
Two weeks in and she is consistently waking just twice a night and seems so much happier in herself alongside the sleep coaching. Regina was also incredibly knowledgeable about gut health/digestive issues that my baby was facing which has been so helpful and reassuring.
